Ordering
is simple. Determining what to order
is the hard part.
We
are here to help you. If you are not sure about something, send
us an email and we'll answer any questions you may have.
Take
your time and browse our Services or Gallery
until you find the type of item you would like to order. From here,
you have two choices:
- Simply
place the item in the PayPal basket and make your purchase. We'll
be in touch to finish the process. You will then simply send us
your photos that you want to use over email or make arrangements
to mail your clothes or photos by mail and that's it.
- Or,
contact us first and
we'll help you through the process. Most emails are answered within
24 hours. Once we have helped you with placing your order, you simply
return to the Services tab, place your item in the Paypal basket
and make your purchase.
Use
your imagination. Use your pet photos, your hobby photos, your classroom
project photos, etc. You supply the memory and we'll help transform
them.

General
Overall Ordering Instructions and requirements
- Clothes
(including T-Shirts and Jeans) must be pre-washed and pressed before
sending. If not washed and pressed, clothes will be returned along with
payment minus a 20% fee.
- Designer
reserves the right to add additional fabric if necessary to achieve
the desired size.
- Since
items are custom creations, refunds are not possible for items after
work has started.
- If
submitting professional photos, approval must be received from originating
studio. Designer assumes approval was received prior to submission.
- Submitter
must make copies of all photos prior to submitting for use in quilts.
Designer is not responsible for lost or destroyed photos or slides.
By sending photos/slides, you understand the potential for lost or destroyed
photos or slides.
- Submitter
understands that submitting clothes for inclusion in custom quilts cannot
be replaced. Once the designing takes place, the clothes cannot be returned
to original format.
